Custom 3D Printing for R&D

Custom Parts for Your Next Experiment

Custom 3D-printed components for materials research and equipment development, including project-assessed cell housings, sealing features and test interfaces for lithium-ion battery experiments.

Material options for filament-based printing include PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, ASA, PP, PC and PA (nylon), plus PCL, PVB and PC-ABS. Carbon-fiber-filled PLA/PETG and transparent grades can also be assessed for your design. Rigid and flexible materials support geometry, fit and assembly trials; water-soluble PVA supports enable more complex shapes where suitable. Material, dimensional accuracy, electrolyte compatibility, sealing, operating conditions and manufacturing feasibility are assessed for each part.
